Key Responsibilities:
Identify and develop new business opportunities in the study abroad segment.
Build and maintain relationships with students, universities, and academic partners.
Plan and execute outreach activities such as seminars, webinars, and education fairs.
Guide prospective students on overseas education options, visa procedures, and application processes.
Collaborate with marketing and counseling teams to ensure lead conversion.
Meet enrollment targets and generate revenue in line with company goals.
Prepare and present reports on market trends, competitor analysis, and business performance.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree (Master's preferred).
[Minimum 2 years of experience in study abroad counseling/business development.
Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
In-depth knowledge of overseas education systems, especially in countries like the UK, Canada, Australia, etc.
Target-driven and self-motivated with the ability to work under pressure.
