We are looking for an ambitious and results-driven Business Development Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying business opportunities, building and maintaining strong client relationships, and contributing to revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify and develop new business opportunities through networking, research, and market analysis
Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients
Conduct client meetings, presentations, and negotiations to close deals
Collaborate with marketing and product teams to align business strategies
Track and report on sales performance, market trends, and competitor activities
Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets
Prepare proposals, quotations, and follow up on leads and inquiries
Attend industry events, conferences, and networking activities
Requirements:
Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
Proven track record of achieving targets and generating leads
Ability to work independently and in a team environment
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
