Job Description

Key Responsibilities



Develop and implement business development strategies to achieve sales targets. Identify and approach potential clients, contractors, and dealers. Build and maintain long-term relationships with key customers. Conduct market research and identify emerging opportunities in the region. Coordinate with the operations and marketing teams to ensure client satisfaction. Manage sales reports, forecasts, and branch business performance. Represent the company in client meetings, exhibitions, and networking events. Ensure proper follow-up on leads, quotations, and payment collections.

Required Skills & Qualifications



Bachelor's degree in business, Marketing, or related field.

Minimum 1-3 years of experience in business development, sales, or marketing (preferably in building materials, interiors, or related industries). Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Strong leadership and result-oriented mindset. Ability to work independently and travel locally as required.
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹22,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
