Job Description

New Business Acquisition



Identify potential markets and high-value clients. Create strategies to enter new territories or sectors. Build a strong pipeline of prospects.

2. Lead Generation & Prospecting



Develop lead-generation strategies through calls, emails, social media, and references. Qualify leads based on budget, requirement, and timelines. Maintain and update the CRM system regularly.

3. Client Meetings & Presentations



Conduct client meetings (online/offline) to understand their needs. Present the company's products/services effectively. Customize solutions as per client requirements.

4. Sales Strategy & Target Achievement



Plan monthly, quarterly, and annual sales strategies. Work aggressively to achieve assigned revenue targets. Track sales performance and adjust strategies if required.

5. Relationship Building



Build long-term, trust-based relationships with clients. Regularly communicate with existing customers for repeat business. Address customer complaints and ensure timely resolution.

6. Negotiation & Deal Closure



Prepare detailed proposals, quotations, and pricing sheets. Negotiate terms, pricing, and final agreements. Ensure timely signing of contracts and closure of deals.

7. Market & Competitor Analysis



Study current industry trends and customer behavior. Analyse competitor pricing, products, and market position. Provide inputs to management for product improvement.

8. Cross-Functional Coordination



Coordinate with the marketing team for campaigns and promotions. Work with operations and finance to ensure smooth order processing. Update management on sales forecasts and client requirements.

9. Reporting & Documentation



Prepare daily/weekly/monthly sales and visit reports. Maintain accurate records of leads, meetings, proposals, and closures. Present reports to senior management.

10. Training & Self-Development



Attend internal training and industry workshops. Keep updated with product knowledge and market trends. Improve sales, negotiation, and communication skills.

11. Brand Representation



Represent the company in exhibitions, trade shows, seminars, and client events. Build a strong professional network. Create a positive brand image in the market.

12. Post-Sales Support Coordination



Ensure smooth handover to delivery/support teams. Follow up with clients for payments and satisfaction. Encourage upselling and cross-selling opportunities
