Role compensation:

Base Salary: ₹25,000/month Incentives: Up to ₹10,000 per solar panel installation / house Perks: Life insurance cover of 10 lakh

As a Sales Manager, you'll drive our growth by leading a motivated team and helping families switch to solar. Your work will have a direct impact on the environment and local communities.

Lead the sales team in tier-2 cities (Karimnagar, Warangal, Jagityal) Recruit agents and channel partners for solar sales Conduct market research in new cities for expansion Grow our customer base and drive revenue Visit potential clients, explain the benefits of solar energy, and ensure successful installations Build and maintain strong client relationships

Pay: ₹240,000.00 - ₹350,000.00 per year
