Business Development Manager (BDM)
to drive growth and partnerships.
Role Overview
The BDM will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building strategic partnerships, and expanding revenue channels. This role demands a proactive, entrepreneurial mindset and the ability to work in a fast-paced startup environment with ownership and accountability.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute business development strategies to achieve sales and revenue targets.
Identify, qualify, and onboard new B2B clients (Hotels, Resorts, Modern Trade, Distributors, etc.).
Build and maintain strong client relationships to ensure long-term partnerships.
Explore new channels (Exports, Institutional Sales, Online, Retail Chains) for product expansion.
Conduct market research to identify trends, competitors, and growth opportunities.
Collaborate with internal teams (Sales, Marketing, Operations, Production) to ensure seamless execution.
Track performance metrics, prepare reports, and recommend improvements.
Represent the company at trade fairs, exhibitions, and networking events.
