Role Overview:



We are seeking a results-driven

Business Development Manager

with strong expertise in

sales and marketing

tender management

, and

client acquisition

within the

battery industry

or

power industry

. The role emphasizes

tender search

,

tender bidding

,

government tenders

,

private tenders

,

new client acquisition

, and

branding & marketing

initiatives to drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities:



Conduct proactive

tender search

for both

government tenders

and

private tenders

through strategic portals and industry networks. Lead full cycle

tender management

including

tender bidding

, documentation preparation, pricing coordination, and submission of

tenders

. Execute

bidding in government tenders

and

private tenders

, ensuring compliance with commercial and technical requirements. Drive

business development

with strong

sales and marketing strategies

focused on the

battery industry

and

power industry

. Generate new opportunities through

marketing campaigns

, targeted outreach, cold calls, networking, and lead qualification to build a strong

client acquisition

funnel. Establish and nurture relationships with

new clients

and existing accounts to achieve

sales growth

and market expansion. Implement

branding

and

marketing activities

including trade shows, product demos, seminars, and promotional events to enhance

brand visibility

. Conduct regular

market research

and

competitor analysis

to anticipate upcoming

tenders

, industry trends, and strategic opportunities. Prepare compelling

sales proposals

,

marketing presentations

, and commercial offers for

new clients

and

tender submissions

. Travel frequently to engage in

sales meetings

marketing activities

tender follow-ups

branding events

in and outside Bangalore.
