Key Responsibilities
Generate and follow up on student leads through calls, walk-ins, events, seminars, and digital platforms
Counsel students about study abroad options (UK, Ireland, Dubai, etc.) based on eligibility
Convert inquiries into applications and enrolments
Coordinate with the counselling and admissions team for smooth processing
Conduct college visits, seminars, webinars, and education fairs
Build and maintain strong relationships with colleges, universities, and partners
Maintain accurate records in CRM and ensure timely follow-ups
Achieve monthly and quarterly business targets
Support marketing and promotional activities when required
Required Skills & Qualifications
Graduate/Postgraduate in any discipline
4-7 years of experience in business development, sales, or education consulting
Excellent communication skills (English, Hindi & Kannada)
Strong convincing, negotiation, and follow-up skills
Target-oriented and result-driven mindset
Comfortable with calling, counselling, and field activities
Basic knowledge of CRM tools and MS Office
Preferred Candidate Profile
Experience in study abroad or education consultancy (preferred but not mandatory)
Local candidate from Bangalore preferred
Energetic, presentable, and proactive personality
Ability to work in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment
