ROLE OBJECTIVE

Own and lead the

entire Business Development function

across

private, corporate, and international markets

.
This role carries

end-to-end accountability for revenue growth

, sales execution, and team performance, with full authority to run the BD department independently.

EXPERIENCE & PROFILE

8-15 years

of experience in

B2B IT / SaaS / ERP sales

5+ years

in a senior sales leadership role Proven track record of: Closing

high-value SaaS / enterprise deals

Managing and scaling sales teams Selling to

CXO / decision-maker level

Exposure to

international clients or partner-led sales

is a strong plus

Preferred Background (any):



SaaS / ERP / HRMS AI, Security, Surveillance, or IT platforms Compliance, Audit, or Professional software
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES1? Revenue Ownership

Own

monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue targets

Build and maintain a strong, predictable sales pipeline Drive consistent deal closures and renewals Forecast revenue and report performance to leadership
2? Independent Sales Execution

Lead

product demos, negotiations, and closures

Handle pricing, objections, and commercial discussions Represent and sell:

- AI security, attendance & visitor management

CADesk.ai

- ERP, workflow & compliance solutions Ensure high demo-to-conversion ratios through value-based selling
3? Sales Team Leadership

Build, manage, and scale: Lead generation / inside sales Sales closers Field or channel sales teams Define KPIs and conduct regular performance reviews Coach teams on: Product positioning Sector-specific sales strategies Objection handling and deal structuring Take quick corrective actions on underperformance
4? Market Expansion & Growth

Drive business across: Corporate & enterprise customers Institutions and multi-location deployments International markets via remote sales or partners Develop and manage

channel / partner ecosystems

Identify upsell, cross-sell, and long-term account growth opportunities
5? Sales Process & Governance

Establish and enforce: Structured sales processes CRM discipline and reporting cadence Sales playbooks and standard pitches Deliver leadership-ready dashboards and insights
KEY PERFORMANCE INDICATORS

Revenue vs target achievement Demo-to-close conversion ratio (? 25-30%) Average deal size and deal velocity Sales team productivity and ramp-up time Pipeline health and forecast accuracy
COMPENSATION

Fixed Salary:

Variable / Incentives:
