We are looking for a self-driven Business Development Manager who can independently manage the complete sales cycle -- from lead generation to closure and handover. This is a high-ownership role and ideal for someone who understandsproject-based service sales.
Key Responsibilities
Generate new business through architects, builders, corporates and facility managers
Handle inbound and outbound leads and conduct client meetings
Understand client requirements and coordinate site visits where required
Negotiate commercials and close deals
Ensure smooth handover to execution team
Maintain strong post-sale client relationships for repeat and referral business
Maintain basic CRM / sales tracking and reporting
Required Skills & Experience
3-6 years of experience in B2B service sales (Landscaping / Interiors / Construction / Facility Management preferred)
Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
Ability to sell solutions and services
Comfortable working independently and managing multiple leads
Basic understanding of BOQs, project pricing, and timelines
Willingness to do field meetings and site visits
