The role focuses on selling banking software solutions to international markets, including Africa, LATAM, and Asia. The candidate will handle client interactions, support deal closures, meet sales targets, and contribute to business growth through new opportunities in the global banking sector.
Key Responsibilities
Drive end-to-end business development for IT, banking software, and FinTech solutions
Identify and develop opportunities in international markets (APAC, EMEA, US, Europe, Middle East)
Conduct client meetings, virtual calls, and on-site client visits (domestic & overseas)
Deliver product demonstrations, solution presentations, and POCs to global clients
Understand client business needs and propose customized IT / SaaS solutions
Build and manage a strong sales pipeline from lead generation to deal closure
Prepare proposals, pricing, RFP/RFQ responses, and commercial negotiations
Coordinate with pre-sales, technical, and product teams for solution alignment
Manage and grow existing client accounts and strategic partnerships
Track sales performance, forecasting, and MIS reporting using CRM tools
Stay updated with FinTech trends, banking regulations, and global market dynamics.
