The Business Development Manager is responsible for driving company growth by identifying new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, and increasing revenue through strategic partnerships and sales initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
Identify and develop new business opportunities and markets
Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients and partners
Generate leads and convert them into successful deals
Prepare proposals, presentations, and commercial negotiations
Conduct market research and competitor analysis
Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue targets
Collaborate with marketing, operations, and leadership teams
Track sales performance and prepare regular reports
Required Skills & Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
Proven experience in business development, sales, or client acquisition
Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
Strategic thinking with result-oriented mindset
Ability to work independently and meet targets
Proficiency in CRM tools and MS Office
Experience
2-5 years of experience in business development or sales (industry-specific experience preferred)
