Key ResponsibilitiesStrategic Business Development
Lead and execute company-wide
business development strategy
Identify new business opportunities in
Open Access, Group Captive, Third-Party Power, and Rooftop segments
Drive market expansion across
multiple states and cities
Build strong relationships with
industrial clients, CXOs, plant heads, and procurement teams
Team Leadership & Management
Head and mentor the
Business Development team
Set targets, monitor performance, and ensure achievement of revenue goals
Build a strong BD culture focused on
long-term partnerships and trust
Coordinate closely with internal teams (legal, finance, operations, generators)
Client & Stakeholder Engagement
Lead high-level client discussions, negotiations, and closures
Represent the company in
meetings, site visits, and industry forums
Work with IPPs, generators, investors, and channel partners
Support structuring of PPAs, term sheets, and commercial proposals
Market Intelligence & Growth
Track
policy changes, Open Access regulations, and market trends
Provide inputs for pricing strategy, new offerings, and expansion plans
Develop BD processes, reporting systems, and CRM discipline
