Job Description

A Business Development Manager (BDM) drives company growth by finding new opportunities, building client relationships, and strategizing for expansion, involving market research, lead generation, proposal writing, and closing deals, while collaborating with sales/marketing teams to hit revenue goals. Key duties include identifying trends, nurturing partnerships, creating business plans, negotiating contracts, and representing the company at events, focusing on long-term profitability and market reach. Key Responsibilities

Market Analysis:

Research new markets, trends, and competitors to find growth areas.

Lead Generation:

Identify, pursue, and qualify potential clients through networking, cold calling, and referrals.

Relationship Building:

Develop and maintain strong ties with clients, partners, and stakeholders.

Strategy & Planning:

Develop business plans and sales strategies to achieve revenue targets.

Sales & Negotiation:

Prepare proposals, present solutions, and close deals.

Collaboration:

Work with sales, marketing, and product teams to align goals.

Reporting:

Track progress, monitor performance, and report on key metrics.
Core Skills & Qualities

Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills. Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities. Proactive, self-motivated, and able to work with minimal supervision. Strong understanding of the company's products/services and market.
Typical Duties

Attend industry conferences and networking events. Train junior sales staff. Review sales contracts and ensure client needs are met.

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
