Job Description

Key Responsibilities:



? Independently generate leads for multiple products and services of Kadagam Ventures

? Convert prospects into paying customers through strong sales and negotiation skills

? Build and maintain strong client relationships for repeat business

? Achieve monthly sales, revenue, and conversion targets

? Coordinate with internal operations and project teams for smooth execution

? Maintain accurate records of leads, follow-ups, and closures

? Identify new business opportunities across different markets and industries

? Strategics and execute growth plans for all company verticals

Requirements:



? 3 to 4 years of proven experience in Business Development or Sales

? Experience in handling multiple products/services is highly preferred

? Strong ability to generate own leads and close deals (no company-provided leads)

? Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹420,000.00 - ₹500,000.00 per year
