Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

? Manage overall branch operations, ensuring smooth execution of logistics services (transportation, warehousing, delivery, etc.).

? Drive business development and sales initiatives to achieve branch revenue and profitability targets.

? Lead and manage a team of sales executives, operations staff, and support personnel.

? Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, vendors, and partners to expand business opportunities.

? Develop and implement strategic plans to improve service quality, reduce operational costs, and increase efficiency.

? Monitor KPIs and performance metrics, preparing reports for regional or senior management.

? Ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards, and regulatory requirements.

? Coordinate with internal teams (such as dispatch, customer service, and finance) to ensure timely service delivery.

? Resolve customer issues promptly and professionally to maintain a high level of satisfaction.

? Conduct regular team meetings, training, and performance reviews. Requirements:

? Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.

? 4 to 6 years of experience in the logistics industry, with a strong focus on sales and team leadership.

? Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets and manage a high-performing team.

? Strong understanding of logistics operations, transportation planning, and supply chain processes.

? Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.

? Proficient in MS Office and logistics management software (TMS/WMS preferred).

? Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.

Preferred Skills:

? Knowledge of local market and logistics regulations.

? Experience in handling P&L for a branch or region.

? Strong customer relationship management skills.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
