Key Responsibilities:
Identify, pursue, and close new business opportunities in IT services and solutions.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders.
Prepare and deliver compelling proposals, presentations, and pitches tailored to client needs.
Collaborate with the delivery and technical teams to ensure client requirements are clearly understood and met.
Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor offerings, and new opportunities in the IT sector.
Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms with clients to maximize profitability.
Maintain an accurate pipeline of opportunities and regularly report progress to senior management.
Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and client meetings.
Key Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, Business Administration, or related field.
5+ years of proven experience in IT business development, sales, or account management.
Strong understanding of IT services, software development, cloud solutions, and emerging technologies.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently, manage multiple clients, and achieve sales targets.
Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills.
Familiarity with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) is a plus.
