About the Role

We are seeking a Brand Development Manager (female only) with a minimum of 5 years of experience who can carry the voice of our brand into the world with grace and determination.
This is a role for someone who thrives on fieldwork, travel, and face-to-face engagement, while being able to elevate conversations from business to brand experience.
Key Responsibilities
Expand Aevier's presence by identifying and cultivating partnerships with premium B2B clients.
Represent the brand with confidence and elegance in business meetings, events, and presentations.
Develop market strategies that position Aevier as the definitive name in luxury diamond-studded accessories.
Create long-term relationships with partners that go beyond transactions -- towards shared growth.
Engage in on-ground brand activation through exhibitions, trade shows, and store-level interactions.
Monitor luxury industry trends to ensure Aevier remains ahead in relevance and desirability.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a seamless brand narrative across all partner touchpoints.
Provide strategic reporting and insights to guide expansion and brand positioning.
Requirements
Female candidates only.
Bachelor's/Master's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
Minimum 5 years of experience in brand development, sales, or business development, ideally within luxury, fashion, lifestyle, or premium products.
Exceptional communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
Willingness to travel extensively and engage in on-field work.
Strong aesthetic sense and appreciation for luxury craftsmanship.
Independent, self-driven, and results-oriented.

Pay: ₹480,000.00 - ₹600,000.00 per year
