Key Responsibilities



Identifying Opportunities:



Research and identify new business opportunities, market segments, and potential clients within the wellness and healthcare industries.

Building Relationships:



Develop and nurture strong, long-term relationships with key clients, partners, and stakeholders.

Driving Revenue:



Set and achieve sales and revenue targets by promoting and selling wellness-related products and services.

Strategic Planning:



Develop and implement effective sales and business development plans to foster growth.

Negotiation & Sales:



Lead negotiations with potential clients and manage contracts effectively.

Required Skills & Experience



Industry Experience:



Proven experience in sales, particularly within the wellness, healthcare, or related industries.

Sales & Negotiation:



Strong track record of achieving sales targets, excellent negotiation skills, and a deep understanding of contract management.

Communication:



Exceptional verbal and written communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.

Self-Management:



Demonstrated ability for strong decision-making, self-management, and organized, systematic thinking.

Passion & Drive:



High energy, passion for the wellness field, and a determined drive to achieve business goals.

Technical Skills:



Proficiency in computer literacy with common applications like Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹277,239.93 - ₹1,242,542.28 per year
