Role Overview:
We are looking for an experienced and motivated Business Development Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving growth through marketing, lead generation, and sales in the building materials industry.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and execute strategies for marketing and business development.
Generate leads and drive sales in veneers, plywood, prelam, and doors.
Handle media sales and direct marketing initiatives.
Demonstrate strong selling, leadership, and negotiation skills.
Achieve sales targets consistently.
Represent the company in a presentable and professional manner.
Qualifications & Experience:
Graduate (Specialization in Marketing is a plus)
Minimum 3 to 5 years of relevant experience in building materials
Age: 25 years and above
Skills Required:
Excellent communication (verbal & written)
Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills
Fluent in local language, Hindi, and English
Ability to lead and motivate teams
Well-versed in direct marketing and target achievement
Other Requirements:
Must have own conveyance
CTC:?6 to ?9 LPA (Based on experience and qualifications
