Key Responsibilities:
Identify new business opportunities in residential and commercial construction segments
Develop relationships with potential customers, brokers, and channel partners
Conduct site visits and client meetings to showcase project features and benefits
Follow up on leads, prepare proposals, negotiate, and close sales deals
Collaborate with the marketing team for promotional campaigns and events
Maintain records of sales activity, customer interactions, and market insights
Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets
Stay informed on market trends, competitor activity, and customer preferences
Requirements:
MBA in Marketing, Sales, or Business Administration (Mandatory)
Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
Customer-focused, target-driven, and self-motivated
Basic understanding of the construction and real estate industry (training will be provided)
Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software
Willingness to travel locally for client meetings and site visits
Freshers with the right attitude and passion for sales are encouraged to apply
