Generate and convert franchise leads into successful business partnerships
Identify and develop new business opportunities and expansion markets
Build and maintain strong client & stakeholder relationships
Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve targets
Conduct market research on trends, competitors, and consumer preferences
Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, operations, product) for business growth
Negotiate and close franchise agreements/contracts
Monitor sales performance and report key metrics to management
Represent Frozen Bottle at trade shows, events, and industry forums
Essential Skills:
Strong communication & negotiation skills
Proven sales track record (franchise/business expansion preferred)
Analytical mindset with problem-solving ability
Excellent interpersonal skills to build long-term partnerships
Knowledge of
F&B / retail industry
and franchise business models
Key Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in related field.
4-5 years of experience in franchise development/project management in F&B/QSR sector.
Strong network within the food retail industry is an advantage.
Proven track record in opening and managing multiple store roll-outs.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and project execution skills.
Willingness to travel as per business needs.
