Job Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and goal-oriented
Business Development Manager (BDM)
to drive revenue through strategic client acquisition for our services including Digital Marketing, Brand Building, Web Development, Graphic Design, Startup Setup, and Business Consultation for sick units. The ideal candidate will have strong knowledge of both
conceptual and product sales
, a client-first attitude, and the ability to meet monthly targets consistently.
Key Responsibilities:
Drive
revenue generation
by signing up new clients across multiple services.
Identify potential businesses and build a strong
database of target companies

Engage in
concept and product selling
to promote relevant solutions to clients.
Maintain accurate records of
sales activities, lead status, and performance reports
.
Ensure
professional communication
and maintain a strong client relationship at all times.
Meet and exceed
monthly revenue targets
and client expectations.
Follow proper
process adherence and documentation
.
Participate in client meetings, product pitches, and business consultations.
Key Requirements:
Proven experience in
sales or business development
(preferably in digital or IT services).
Strong
convincing skills
, professional communication, and
fluency in English
and local languages.
Ability to work under pressure and
meet deadlines
.
Two-wheeler with a valid driving license
is mandatory.
