Role Overview:



As a Business Development Manager (BDM), you will take complete ownership of enterprise customer accounts after sign-up. Your responsibilities include launching the product, managing relationships, expanding revenue opportunities, and ensuring high customer engagement and retention. You will work cross-functionally to deliver value and grow long-term partnerships.

Key Responsibilities:



Account Growth & Nurturing Build strong relationships, monitor usage, and identify upsell opportunities

Customer Retention Address customer pain points and ensure satisfaction through proactive support

Churn Management Identify and mitigate churn risks early by addressing root causes

Maximize LTV Drive ongoing clinical and commercial value for sustained engagement

Cross-Selling & Upselling Introduce relevant modules and upgrades to meet evolving client needs

Engagement Programs Organize doctor meets, training sessions, and stakeholder engagement activities

Team/People Management Coach customer-side teams (KAMs/Support execs) to ensure operational excellence

Proficiency in MS Office, CRM platforms, and basic digital communication tools Why It's Important

Experience Requirements:



5-6 years of experience in one or more of the following areas:

Healthcare business development

Hospital account management

Pharma (new therapies/innovative drugs, GTM teams)

Specialized diagnostics (e.g., stem cell banking, genomics, screenings)

Experience managing hospital or clinic accounts, with a focus on post-sale engagement and revenue responsibility

Proven ability to manage multiple stakeholders: doctors, administrators, procurement, nursing staff

Educational Qualifications:



Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences, Pharmacy, Biomedical Engineering, Allied Health, or B.Tech with healthcare exposure

MBA in Healthcare, Marketing, or General Management is preferred but not mandatory

Additional Requirements:

Proficiency in English and relevant local language (based on assigned territory)

Willingness to travel frequently to hospitals, clinics, and client sites

Comfortable working in cross-functional teams (Sales, Product, Customer Support)

Proficiency in MS Office, CRM platforms, and basic digital communication tools

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ?1,000,000.00 - ?1,400,000.00 per year
