Drive B2B sales for Genesis' school training vertical
Develop and execute a go-to-market strategy for short-term and long-term
school programs
Mentor and track performance of BD interns
Ensure meetings-to-closure pipeline using CRM tools
Engage with principals and academic heads to pitch Genesis programs
Coordinate with ops and L&D teams to ensure seamless delivery post-sale
Ideal Candidate:
Minimum 2-3 years of B2B sales experience, preferably in K-12 education or EdTech
Proven track record of closures and managing sales teams
Familiar with sales funnel metrics and CRM tools
Strong communication and presentation skills
Willing to travel locally as required
Required Skills and Qualifications:
Education Sector Knowledge: Basic understanding or prior experience in the education industry is preferred.
Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Team Player: Ability to work collaboratively and support team objectives.
Presentation Skills: Confidence and ability to deliver effective presentations to clients and stakeholders.
Technical Proficiency: Proficiency in basic computer operations and MS Excel.
Humble Attitude: Approaches clients and team members with a humble, respectful, and solution-oriented demeanor.
Driving License and Vehicle: A two/ four wheeler and a valid driving license are mandatory for the role.
Travel Readiness: Must be willing to travel extensively across Karnataka.
