Role



Develop Sales of EduCADD franchises business across India. Understand challenges and opportunities in education franching space and startegise our offering to ensure maximum conversion. Focus on lead generation and marketing activities to reach out to qualified prospects and close them in a timely manner ensuring Franchise satisfaction and in line with business objectives of the Company.

Main Responsibilities of the job



Planning



a. Work out a strategic sales plan to reach out your targetted number of prospects

b. Work on to create a partner focussed sales model with measurable parameters

c. Plan EduCADD partner offering by close study of business prospect in the area and ability of the partner to contribute in the growth of business

d. Plan specific marketing activities, exhibitions and campaign in specific regions /segments to develop prospect database

Sales & Service Related



Need to follow a clear Account Management Plan to develop leads to prospect Need to follow a documented key account engagement schedule which can be reviewed as and when required by management Would be responsible for developing each qualified lead to logical closure by maintaining conversations, meetings and site visits Support new centers during development stage Train new franchisees on standard operating procedures Coordinate with marketing team and generate leads from digital marketing resources Study business prospects in the area/location you work on Understand competitor ROI for similar businesses Need to show good organizational and time-management skills. Willing to stretch working hours to meet commitments. Expected to be accessible on phone at any time. Expected to travel for lead nurturing and events. (approx.. 25%) Lead nurturing: Engage with all leads & potential prospects by creating an engagement group and ensure weekly interaction by sending useful links and relevant info and updates related to franchise opportunities

Implementing strategic objectives:

The SMF must clearly understand the goals of the organisation and develop a clear vision and strategy on how efficiently run operations will help achieve them.

Improving operations:

Continually question every activity and improve efficiency of sales operations.

Pay: ?25,000.00 - ?36,000.00 per month
