Role Overview:
We are looking for an ambitious and results-driven Business Development Manager (BDM) to expand our presence in the school sector and the entertainment industry. The ideal candidate will have strong networking skills and a passion for forging strategic partnerships. Your main goal will be to introduce and sell Bounce's game packages to schools (for events, activity periods, summer camps, etc.) and entertainment venues (malls, amusement parks, kids' play zones, etc.).
Key Responsibilities:
Identify, approach, and close deals with schools and institutions for game-based activity tie-ups, workshops, and events.
Build partnerships with players in the entertainment industry such as malls, event organizers, kids' zones, and amusement venues.
Pitch and present Bounce's game packages tailored to different audiences and event types.
Negotiate terms and close partnership agreements with decision-makers.
Develop and manage a strong sales pipeline through field visits, online outreach, and networking.
Coordinate with internal teams (Product, Marketing, Operations) to ensure successful delivery of packages.
Represent Bounce at trade shows, exhibitions, and school/industry events.
Track market trends, customer needs, and competitive offerings to refine pitch strategies.
Key Requirements:
Proven experience (3-6 years) in business development, sales, or partnership roles, preferably in edtech, gaming, or the events industry.
Strong network within schools, education boards, or the entertainment/event industry is a huge plus.
Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
Self-starter with the ability to work independently and meet sales targets.
Willingness to travel for meetings and events.
Preferred Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
Prior experience in selling to institutions or B2B partnerships.
Passion for games, education, and interactive entertainment.

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
