Roles And Responsibilities:-



Strategy & Planning

: Develop and execute growth strategies, identify new markets, and create business plans.

Lead Generation

: Research potential clients, pursue leads, network, and arrange meetings for sales executives.

Client Relations

: Build and maintain strong relationships with current and prospective clients, acting as a key contact.

Sales & Proposals

: Prepare presentations, quotes, and proposals, and negotiate contracts to close deals.

Market Research

: Understand target markets, competitors, and industry trends to position products/services effectively.

Collaboration

: Work with internal teams (sales, marketing, design) to align goals and meet client needs.

Team Development

: Train and mentor sales professionals to improve skills and overall team performance.

Reporting

: Monitor sales progress and report on business development activities.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ?20,000.00 - ?25,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
