We are looking for an experienced and dynamic
Branch Manager
with the following skills:
Strong leadership and team management abilities.
Excellent communication skills in English and Hindi.
Presentable, professional, and customer-oriented personality.
Proven track record in sales, marketing, and business development.
Ability to drive branch performance and meet revenue targets.
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and internet browsing.
Knowledge of Tally software (preferred but not mandatory).
Roles & Responsibilities
Manage overall branch operations and ensure smooth functioning.
Lead, guide, and motivate the sales team to achieve monthly and quarterly targets.
Generate leads through networking, cold calling, referrals, and online research.
Visit SMEs, corporate clients, and other prospects to build business opportunities.
Conduct client meetings, product/service presentations, and close deals.
Ensure timely preparation and submission of quotations, reports, and MIS.
Develop and implement strategies to grow revenue and market presence.
Maintain long-term customer relationships with a focus on retention and satisfaction.
Monitor and manage branch performance, client follow-ups, and negotiations.
Desired Profile
Minimum
1-2 years of experience
in sales/branch management.
Prior experience in the software/IT solutions industry will be an added advantage.
Education:
MBA in Marketing / Bachelor of Commerce (B.Com).

Remuneration
Up to ₹40,000 CTC + Travelling Allowance + Incentives.
