Serve as the primary point of contact for key clients.

Understand client needs, business goals, and challenges to provide tailored solutions.
Ensure timely and successful delivery of products/services according to client expectations.
2. Sales & Revenue Growth
Identify opportunities to grow accounts through upselling, cross-selling, and new product introduction.
Achieve sales targets, revenue goals, and profitability KPIs.
Prepare and deliver sales presentations, proposals, and value-based pitches.
Monitor account performance and forecast revenue.
3. Strategic Account Planning
Develop and implement account management strategies for assigned key accounts.
Conduct market and competitor analysis to identify trends and new business opportunities.
Coordinate with internal teams (marketing, operations, finance, product) to align strategies and meet client requirements.
4. Marketing & Brand Support
Collaborate with the marketing team on campaigns, events, and promotional activities targeted at key clients.
Gather customer insights to support product development and marketing strategy.
Represent the company at trade events, exhibitions, and client meetings.
5. Reporting & Documentation
Maintain accurate account records, sales reports, and CRM data.
Prepare business reviews, performance reports, and customer feedback summaries.
Track metrics related to customer satisfaction, engagement, and retention.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or related field.
Proven experience (2-7 years) in Key Account Management, Sales, or Business Development.
Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to analyze data, prepare reports, and create strategic plans.
Proficiency in CRM tools, MS Office, and sales pipeline management.
Customer-focused mindset with strong problem-solving abilities.
