Key Responsibilities
Conduct daily field visits to meet doctors across assigned territories.
Demonstrate HealthPlix EMR software and its features to doctors and medical staff.
Build strong relationships with doctors to drive product adoption and retention.
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets through doctor onboarding.
Collect market feedback and provide insights to the product and marketing teams.
Maintain accurate records of leads, interactions, and conversions in CRM tools.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth post-sales support and satisfaction.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Life Sciences, or related field.
0-4 years of experience in
field sales
, preferably in
healthcare, SaaS, or pharma
(not mandatory).
Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple client relationships.
Willingness to travel extensively within Indore and nearby areas.
Proficiency in local language(s) and English.
