Business Development Manager (BDM)
who can help us generate new business opportunities.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify, generate, and qualify leads through
LinkedIn, Upwork, Freelancer
, and other digital platforms.
Develop and execute effective strategies for inbound and outbound lead generation.
Write and manage
cold emails
to prospects and nurture relationships with potential clients.
Build, maintain, and grow a healthy sales pipeline through continuous engagement with prospective customers.
Collaborate with the internal team to align client requirements and deliver tailored IT solutions.
Meet and exceed business development targets by converting leads into long-term partnerships.
Requirements:
Proven
1-3 years
of experience as a
BDM, Business Development Executive (BDE)
, or in a similar sales role in the IT industry.
Strong experience with platforms like
LinkedIn, Upwork, Freelancer
, etc.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Self-motivated, target-oriented, and able to work independently.
Familiarity with creating pitch decks, proposals, and sales documentation is a plus.
