Analyze market potential for commercial and residential interior projects. Build and maintain strong rapport with architects and clients to foster long-term relationships. Lead and develop a high-performing team to achieve overall team success. Consistently deliver outstanding sales performance by identifying and pursuing target-based projects. Conduct extensive market research for sourcing opportunities in residential, corporate commercial, IT spaces, malls, banks, etc. Source and manage target-specific projects aligned with company goals.

Exceptional marketing skills with a proven ability to present and promote effectively. Strong presentation and communication skills to create a lasting impact on clients and stakeholders. Ability to achieve and exceed company-set targets consistently. In-depth understanding of market trends in commercial and residential interior projects.
Mandatory Requirement:

Meet and surpass company-fixed sales and project acquisition targets.
