Business Development Manager
who can strengthen our presence in the Delhi NCR market, build strong B2B relationships, and contribute to our growth in the modular kitchen and wardrobe segment.
KRA's :
Build and maintain strong relationships with
architects, interior designers, builders, and contractors.
Actively
travel
across Delhi NCR for
client meetings (own conveyance is mandatory).
Analyse market trends and conduct research to identify new business avenues.
Manage client interaction throughout the sales cycle, from initial meeting to closure.
Present Novella Kitchens with confidence, professionalism, and strong interpersonal skills.
Must have:
Minimum 2 years of experience in sales or business development, preferably in interiors, architecture, or modular kitchens.
Excellent communication, presentation, and convincing abilities.
Strong networking skills and an existing
B2B relationship base (preferred).
Energetic, confident, and customer-focused personality.
Proficiency in both English and Hindi.
Comfortable with regular field travel within Delhi NCR.
