Job Summary



We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Manager to expand our client base and strengthen our market presence in the Interior Design industry. The role involves building strong client relationships, identifying new business opportunities, and driving revenue growth through innovative strategies and client engagement.

Key Responsibilities



Identify and develop new business opportunities with corporate, residential, retail, and commercial clients. Build and maintain strong relationships with architects, real estate developers, contractors, and key decision-makers. Understand client requirements and collaborate with the design and project teams to deliver tailored solutions. Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve company growth targets. Prepare and deliver compelling presentations, proposals, and project quotations. Negotiate contracts and close deals ensuring profitability and client satisfaction. Keep updated with industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging design concepts. Attend networking events, exhibitions, and trade shows to promote the company's services. Maintain accurate sales reports, forecasts, and client records using CRM tools. Work closely with the design and execution teams to ensure smooth project delivery and client experience.

Key Skills & Competencies



Proven track record in business development or sales (Interior Design / Real Estate / Construction preferred). Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills. Ability to build long-term professional relationships. Excellent market research and lead generation abilities. Target-driven with strong business acumen. Knowledge of interior design trends, materials, and industry standards is an advantage. Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.

Qualifications



Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Interior Design, or related field. MBA (preferred but not mandatory). 5-8 years of experience in business development or client acquisition roles, preferably in Interior Design, Real Estate, or Construction.
