Job Description


As a Business Development Head, you will play a pivotal role in leading our strategic growth initiatives and driving our business expansion. You will oversee a team of dedicated professionals, set sales targets, and devise effective business development strategies. Your strong leadership skills and market knowledge will be instrumental in identifying new opportunities and nurturing key client relationships. Responsibilities: Strategic Growth Initiatives: Lead and execute strategic growth initiatives to expand our client base and market presence. Identify new business opportunities, conduct market research, and develop innovative strategies to stay ahead of the competition. Team Leadership and Management: Provide guidance, support, and mentorship to a team of business development executives. Set sales targets, monitor performance, and provide ongoing coaching to ensure the team achieves and exceeds their goals. Business Development Strategies: Devise effective business development strategies to drive revenue growth and meet company objectives. Analyze market trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape to identify potential areas for expansion and develop targeted approaches. Key Client Relationship Management: Cultivate and nurture relationships with key clients and stakeholders. Understand their business objectives, anticipate their needs, and provide tailored solutions that add value to their organizations. Sales Forecasting and Reporting: Monitor sales activities, track progress against targets, and provide regular reports to senior management. Use data-driven insights to identify trends, assess performance, and make informed decisions to optimize business development efforts. Collaboration with Cross-functional Teams: Collaborate closely with marketing, and operations teams to ensure alignment and seamless execution of business development strategies. Provide insights and feedback based on market trends and client interactions to enhance our offerings and improve customer satisfaction. Requirements:

  • Master degree in business, marketing, or a related field (preferred)
  • Proven track record in business development or sales, with demonstrated success in driving revenue growth and achieving targets
  • Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a high-performing team
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills, with the ability to influence and build relationships with key stakeholders
  • Strategic mindset, with the ability to think creatively and develop innovative business development strategies
  • Strong market knowledge and understanding of industry trends and dynamics
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic startup environment
Role: Business Development Head Experience: Previous experience of 10 to 15 years and above in Business development. Industry:Security / Law Enforcement Functional Area: Defence Forces, Security Services
Required Experience and Qualifications
Previous experience in Security services industry will be preferable. Job Type: Full-time Salary: \xe2\x82\xb930,000.00 - \xe2\x82\xb950,000.00 per month Benefits:
