Key Responsibilities
Business Growth & Sales
Identify and onboard new sales channels, distributors, and partners
Drive revenue growth across offline and online platforms
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
Channel & Partner Development
Build relationships with clinics, wellness centres, pharmacies, salons, and retailers
Drive sales growth across retail, corporates, hotels and spas.
Manage and grow distributor and reseller networks
Negotiate commercial terms and close deals
Market Expansion
Identify new markets, cities, and opportunities
Conduct market research and track competitor activity
Share market insights with management
Coordination & Execution
Coordinate with marketing and operations teams for smooth execution
Ensure timely order processing, dispatch, and collections
Reporting
Track sales performance and submit regular reports
Monitor targets, leads, and conversion ratios
Required Skills & Experience
3-6 years experience in business development or sales
Experience in
Ayurvedic, FMCG, pharma, wellness, or beauty products
preferred
Strong negotiation, communication, and closing skills
Target-oriented and self-driven
Willingness to travel as required
Preferred Background
Experience working with distributors, clinics, or retail networks
Knowledge of Ayurvedic or wellness products is an advantage
