Business Development Manager (BDM)
to lead
franchise sales, meetings, lead generation, and outbound team performance

Key Responsibilities
Franchise Business Development
Generate and manage franchise leads through calls, networking, field work, and referrals
Conduct meetings with potential franchise partners (office & field)
Present and explain the Tansen Sangeet Mahavidyalaya franchise model
Handle negotiations and close franchise deals
Convert qualified leads into confirmed franchise partners
Meetings & Field Work
Attend client meetings, presentations, and site discussions
Coordinate follow-ups after meetings to ensure closure
Travel locally for franchise development activities
Team Leadership (Outbound)
Lead and guide outbound sales / calling team
Assign daily targets and track performance
Support team in lead conversion and objection handling
Maintain sales pipeline and daily/weekly reports
Reporting & Coordination
Maintain CRM records and franchise sales data
Coordinate with management for expansion planning
Support onboarding of new franchise partners
Eligibility Criteria
Graduate / MBA preferred
2-5 years experience in BDM / Franchise Sales / Channel Sales
Strong communication & negotiation skills
Team handling and leadership experience
Willingness for field work & meetings
