for one of our reputed clients. This role is non-sales target based and focuses on client interaction, relationship management, follow-ups, and professional coordination across B2B & B2C segments.
Key Responsibilities
1. Act as the primary point of contact for B2B & B2C clients
2. Conduct professional meetings to understand client requirements
3. Build and maintain long-term client relationships
4. Coordinate between internal teams and clients
5. Support business growth through networking and referrals
6. Manage regular follow-ups via calls, emails, and meetings
7. Ensure timely resolution of client queries
8. Maintain communication records and client documentation
9. Prepare periodic reports and share insights with senior management
Skills & Competencies
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Excellent client-handling abilities
Professional and solution-oriented attitude
Working knowledge of MS Office
Eligibility Criteria
Graduation mandatory (MBA preferred)
Experience in Business Development, Client Servicing, Relationship Management, or CRM o Client-facing service experience will be an added advantage
