Business Development Manager (BDM)
for a
client relationship-focused role
. This position is
non-target based
and emphasizes
client coordination, follow-ups, professional communication, and relationship management
across B2B and B2C clients.
Key Responsibilities
Manage and maintain relationships with B2B & B2C clients
Conduct professional meetings to understand client needs
Handle client follow-ups via calls, emails, and meetings
Coordinate between internal teams and clients
Support business growth through referrals and networking
Assist in client onboarding and engagement
Maintain records, reports, and documentation
Share client insights with senior management
Required Skills
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Excellent client-handling and coordination abilities
Professional and solution-oriented mindset
Basic knowledge of MS Office
Eligibility
Graduation mandatory (MBA preferred)
Experience in Business Development, Client Servicing, Relationship Management, or CRM
Client-facing experience is an added advantage
