Role Overview
We are seeking a professional and motivated Business Development Manager (BDM) to manage client relationships and support business growth across B2B and B2C segments. The role involves client interaction, coordination, follow-ups, and relationship management.
Key Responsibilities
Act as the primary point of contact for B2B and B2C clients
Conduct meetings to understand client requirements
Build and maintain long-term client relationships
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth client servicing
Manage follow-ups through calls, emails, and meetings
Handle client queries and ensure timely resolution
Prepare client interaction reports and maintain documentation
