Job Title: Business Development Executive
Location : Gurugram, Haryana
Shift Timings : 10 am till 7 pm
Responsibilities:
Responsible for acquiring new clients, maintaining current relationships, and successfully closing property deals.
Identify and develop relationships with potential clients seeking real estate opportunities.
Market properties effectively through various channels to attract interested buyers.
Stay updated on real estate market trends and competitive offerings.
Collaborate with legal, finance, and other teams to facilitate smooth transactions.
Provide exceptional customer service and address client inquiries promptly.
Conduct property viewings and provide thorough information to prospective buyers.Negotiate property sales and contracts to achieve favorable terms for clients.
Qualifications :
Bachelor's degree or related field.
Proven experience in real estate sales or a similar role.
Strong negotiation and closing skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
Experience in handling client visits and virtual both.
