We are seeking an energetic and results-driven Business Development Manager with 4-5 years of proven experience in driving business growth, managing client relationships, and executing strategic sales initiatives. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills, strong negotiation abilities, and a solid understanding of business development processes.
Key Responsibilities
Identify, prospect, and acquire new business opportunities through research, networking, and market analysis.
Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients by providing professional support and understanding their requirements.
Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets and business objectives.
Conduct client meetings, presentations, and product/service demonstrations to showcase offerings effectively.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery of solutions for clients.
Participate in proposal development, pricing discussions, and contract negotiations.
Track market trends, competitor activities, and customer insights to recommend improvements.
