Key Responsibilities:
Drive business growth through
face-to-face sales
and strategic client acquisition
Identify new business opportunities in
skin, health, wellness, and lifestyle segments
Conduct client meetings, consultations, and presentations
Build and manage strong relationships with clients, partners, and referral sources
Lead, guide, and monitor the performance of the sales team
Achieve monthly and quarterly revenue targets
Plan and execute local marketing and promotional activities
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports for management
Coordinate with operations and service teams to ensure smooth service delivery
Candidate Requirements:
Experience:
Minimum 2-4 years of
face-to-face sales experience
(Mandatory experience in Skin, Health, Wellness, Clinic, Hospital, or Beauty Industry)*
Qualification:
Graduate (Any stream)
Strong leadership, negotiation, and closing skills
Target-driven mindset with ability to work under pressure
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Willingness to undergo
15-20 days unpaid training in Chandigarh
Ready to relocate to
Gurgaon
after training
Comfortable with
6 days working
and
alternate weekday off systemWork Timings:
