The Business Development Manager will be responsible for driving company growth by identifying new business opportunities, generating leads, and building strong partnerships. The role focuses on expanding the company's franchise and service network while achieving sales and revenue targets.
Key Responsibilities
Identify and develop new business and franchise opportunities
Generate leads, conduct meetings, present proposals, and close deals
Build and maintain long-term relationships with franchise partners and clients
Conduct market research to identify potential locations, competitors, and growth trends
Coordinate with operations, marketing, and training teams for smooth onboarding of new partners
Track sales performance, prepare reports, and achieve assigned targets
Ensure all business activities comply with company policies and franchising regulations
Requirements
Master's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
2-3 years of experience in business development, sales, or franchise sales
Strong negotiation, communication, and presentation skills
Experience in market research and sales planning
Proficiency in MS Office and CRM/sales tools
Target-oriented with strong organizational and time-management skills

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
