Role Overview



We are seeking a smart, confident, and target-driven Female Business Development Manager with 2 years of experience in product sales. The role involves lead generation, client meetings, product presentations, and building long-term customer relationships.

Key Responsibilities



Identify and generate leads for product sales through market research and outreach. Conduct product demos, presentations, and explain value propositions to clients. Convert leads into sales and meet monthly/quarterly targets. Manage and maintain strong customer relationships for repeat business. Prepare proposals, quotations, and sales reports. Coordinate with internal teams for pricing, delivery, and client requirements. Represent the company in client meetings, events, and business discussions.

Skills Required



Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills. Good understanding of product sales and customer needs. Ability to build rapport and convert leads effectively. Self-motivated, target-oriented, and disciplined. Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint). Comfortable with field visits/meetings if required.

Qualifications



MBA in Marketing / Sales

(Preferred). Minimum 2 years of experience in B2B or B2C product sales.

Pay: ₹351,669.23 - ₹550,000.00 per year
