This is a full-time Hybrid role (In-office + Field Work) based in Delhi-NCR.
The Business Development Manager (BDM) will plan and execute business development and marketing strategies to promote the company's automobile recycling services by regularly visiting and meeting automobile dealerships, workshops, insurance companies, corporates, and related stakeholders in Delhi NCR.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and implement business development strategies to achieve sales growth.
Conduct market research and identify new business opportunities.
Visit field locations and meet prospective partners, dealerships & customers.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and business partners.
Develop marketing campaigns and support promotional initiatives.
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure alignment with business goals.
Track performance, submit market reports, and optimize ongoing strategies.
Qualifications
Strong expertise in business development, market research, negotiation and client relationship management.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Results-driven, target-oriented mindset with the ability to achieve business goals.
BBA / MBA or a Degree in a relevant field preferred.
2-3 years' experience in the automobile sector or the automobile recycling industry is an added advantage.
Must own a two-wheeler with a valid driving licence (mandatory for field visits).

Pay: ?30,000.00 - ?35,000.00 per month
