Role Overview
We are looking for an ambitious
Business Development Manager (IT Sales)
with at least
2+ years of experience
in IT/software sales. The role involves generating new business opportunities, handling
client acquisition,
and driving revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities
Identify and generate new business opportunities through lead generation (cold calling, LinkedIn, email campaigns, B2B portals).
Build and maintain strong relationships with domestic and international clients.
Understand client requirements and present customized IT/software solutions.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure successful project delivery.
Conduct market research to identify trends and competitor activities.
Manage the complete sales cycle: lead ? proposal ? negotiation ? closure.
Maintain accurate records of sales activities in CRM tools.
Skills & Qualifications
Minimum
2+ years of proven experience
in
IT Sales / Software Solutions / Business Development
.
Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
Experience in international sales/client acquisition preferred.
Proficiency in CRM tools & MS Office.
Target-driven, self-motivated, and able to work independently.
