We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven
Business Development Manager (BDM)
to identify new business opportunities, build client relationships, and increase revenue. The ideal candidate will have a strong sales background, excellent communication skills, and the ability to drive strategic growth.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify and develop new business opportunities through networking, industry knowledge, and current expertise.
Generate leads, manage the sales pipeline, and convert prospects into customers.
Develop and execute strategic plans to achieve sales targets and expand the customer base.
Conduct market research to identify customer needs, market trends, and competitor activities.
Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with clients.
Prepare and deliver compelling presentations and proposals to prospective clients.
Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, operations, finance) to ensure client satisfaction and successful project delivery.
Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and trade shows.
Monitor and report on key performance metrics and prepare detailed reports for senior management.
