Position Overview:



We seek a dynamic and experienced Business Development Manager to join our team and embark on a rewarding career journey.

Responsibilities:



Lead Generation: Develop strategies to identify and attract potential clients, particularly from the US market. Generate leads and manage the sales process from initial contact through to contract signing and project initiation.

Sales and Client Management: Write proposals, manage client accounts, and maintain strong relationships with clients. Set realistic expectations with clients regarding services and outcomes

Prospecting for new clients and turning it into increased business.

End-to-End Business Development: Lead the entire business development process from identifying opportunities to closing deals

Client Networking: Utilize your extensive network and connections with medium to large enterprises to generate new business opportunities from US market

Sales Strategy: Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and business growth.

Market Research: Conduct market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape.

Cold call as appropriate within a defined market or geographic area to ensure a robust pipeline of opportunities.

Set up meetings between client decision-makers and the Organization's practice leaders.

Identify opportunities through Online Marketing campaigns, client references, and other networking channels, which will lead to an increase in sales.

Submit daily/weekly/monthly/quarterly reports for the Sales function, and ensure accurate data.

Track and record activity on all potential clients and help to close deals to meet the Annual Sales target.

Preferred candidate profile:



Experience: 8+ years of experience in Inside sales, business development or related field

Skills: Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.

Proven experience in B2B sales

Time Zone Adaptability: Be willing to work in US shift
